DNI Contracting of Rockland is a full service contracting company. We believe what sets our company apart from the competition is that all too often you will see advertising saying, “we specialize in”, and then a list of items appear. If you are a specialized company, it usually means one field of expertise. At DNI Contracting we do not specialize in any one field of building. All of our staff is well experienced and qualified in all areas of residential and commercial building. In order for a project to be successful, all personnel involved need to know the proper steps and methods, and think ahead like a chess game, always know your next three moves.
DNI Contracting of Rockland is a Certified Renovating Company with the EPA, and its staff is trained in the proper and safe work practices in lead handling and removal. The owner, Dennis Ireland, is a certified Renovator and is listed with the EPA as an approved contractor to conduct work in any state.
